I have been competing in the sport of obstacle course racing professionally since 2012. Ever since my first race I wanted to be the best athlete in the sport and I knew that I needed help to get there. I started by getting every certification I could to learn how sports performance worked.
From there, I bought over a hundred books to dive deeper into each avenue of sport I could find. Eventually I reached the point where there were no more books left so I decided to go straight to source to speak with the coaches who were training the best.
This lead me to work with coaches like Charles Poliquin, Brian mackenzie, Bobby Maximus, Rich Diaz, Josiah Middaugh, Mike Tromello and more! Each of these coaches gave me decades of experience each to teach me the path to best reach my goals of being a champion.
All of this has a cost me tens of thousands of dollars, and I would spend it all again just to cut a few more seconds off my mile PR or add weight to my deadlift, because that’s the commitment it takes to be your very best.
