All of our programs are geared toward specific goals to allow athletes to perform their best in a sport or reach their fitness goals as fast as possible. Each of our programs are built off a periodization model that will build your physique and performance as time goes on. To best experience a program we suggest that athletes complete at least 12 weeks before fully understanding the program model and be able to witness the results that come with this style of training.
Our Pro package is what Hunter is doing daily with his training. This program is to prepare for spartan race, CrossFit, Hyrox, trail races and any kind of event that may include and all styles of modern day sport. We call it pro because it is our highest level of work to reach the highest level of performance in sport. Hunter is following a yearly periodization model that allows Peak performance for specific events that he will be competing in. The goal is to be at 90% of peak fitness year rounds and allow the ability to hit peak fitness in 4-6 weeks when competition season on. This program will include 3-5 days in the gym and 3-8 cardio sessions a week. During peak training athletes will be programmed up to 20 hours plus of work load. Any athlete who signs up for this program should be experienced in the gym and have the ability to handle two workouts a day most days of the week. You are always able to scale the work load to best suit your level of fitness and needs.
I originally started my training focused on being a body builder and model. For years I studied every book and athlete that I could to best understand how to shape the body to look like a statue. Eventually I grew tired of being an athlete that could only perform in the mirror, so I branched out of the gym to chase competition worldwide. During all of my years of sport there is still a heavy focus on looking like a star while performing like a star. This program is designed for performance in both the mirror and any challenge that an athlete may face on any given day. I took out all of the cardio and extra work that would be necessary to compete at the highest level of sport and packaged the most important work into 4 days in the gym. Most of these workouts will take 45-90 minutes to complete, meaning that you are spending less than an hour a day in the gym while still being able to look and feel like a champion. Sometimes less is more and that is what I made this program for!
Hunter has been competing at a professional level in obstacle course racing since 2012. He has competed in distances from the TMX 1 mile all the way up to Worlds Tough Mudder 24hour races. His knowledge of strength and conditioning has allowed him to train for both race distances earning wins at the highest level in each of these categories. This program is a 70/30 split of conditioning and strength to help athletes run their fastest while being the strongest they can possibly be on a course. If you are looking to conquer your first event or even contend for a championship title this program will help you get there.
